Innovation Fund of Montenegro backs the SAMST digital twin
A €32,000 grant under the early-stage startup support programme to develop a digital twin for transmission system monitoring.
LoRaSi has secured financial support from the Innovation Fund of Montenegro under its early-stage startup development programme.
The €32,000 grant funds Smart monitoring and verification of the electricity transmission network — the development of a digital twin for monitoring the power transmission system, and the foundation the rest of SAMST was built on.
This was the first institutional backing the project received, and it came before there was much to show beyond a research paper and a conviction about where grid monitoring had to go.
