SAMST recognised at the Green Urban Tech Sprint Demo Day as a digital twin helping cities adapt to extreme climate events.
LoRaSi won the Greatest Impact Potential award at the BOOST × City Experiment Fund Green Urban Tech Sprint Demo Day, hosted by UNDP in Europe and Central Asia.
Ten startups and non-profits from Europe and Central Asia took part after weeks of collaboration between innovators and municipalities. SAMST was recognised as a digital twin for power grids that helps utilities prevent failures, improve reliability and adapt to extreme climate events.
The framing from the event stayed with us. Energy resilience has moved firmly to the top of the urban agenda, and grid digitalisation is increasingly understood not as a technical upgrade but as a precondition for everything else cities are trying to do on climate.
